Seeking responsible individual working collaboratively with individuals who have a Mental Illness to support their wellness, recovery and independence within our Supported Housing Program based in Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Five Towns. Responsibilities include: regular apartment visits, weekly phone calls, medication and medical monitoring, contacting client’s mental health and medical health teams on a monthly basis. In addition, this position entails documentation of rental payments, fire drill evacuations and apartment inspections. Position requires a Bachelors degree in the Human Services field with strong background working with individuals who have a Mental Illness, Masters preferred. Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance. Free access to onsite gym included! Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements. This full time position is based in Brooklyn. Valid driver’s license and own car preferred.
Salary: Bachelors Level $65,000
Masters Level $70,000
