Job Address: 9299 Market Place Broadview Heights, OH 44147 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician Trainee to support our growing Long-Term Care pharmacy operations. Under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, this trainee will assist in various aspects of pharmacy workflow including medication preparation and delivery, inventory management, and patient support. A key focus of this role will be assisting the Customer Service team during the onboarding of new Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), ensuring a smooth transition for each facility. Key Responsibilities (Includes but is not limited to): Assist Customer Service team with onboarding new LTC facilities. Label and prepare medication carts for delivery. Transition medications from old carts to new ones at facility sites. Provide onsite and post-go-live support during facility transitions. Prepare requisitions for drugs and supplies with pharmacist oversight. Support pharmacy operations during go-live implementation tasks. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company privacy standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Ability to print prescription labels and package medications per LTC policy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Previous experience in Long-Term Care pharmacy is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with FrameworkLTC pharmacy system is a plus. Must be able to follow HIPAA guidelines and pharmacy protocols. Physical Demands Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and use hands/fingers for extended periods. Visual, auditory, and verbal communication abilities required. Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally.
