Working with patients and offering optimal customer service is a goal of every health care provider, especially medical administrative assistants. MA are first point of contact for a patient when scheduling an appointment or calling for information. (MAs) are essential staff at most primary care practices. Most are also adept at using (EHR), and with proper training, in preventive care, coaching patients.
