The OHCAC Head Start Classrooms provide high-quality care for children during the critical first 2,000 days of life by operating 8 learning centers, serving children birth through five years old, in Marion, Morrow, Crawford, & Richland counties. Because of our high standards, all sites achieved a 5-Star rating on the Step-Up-To-Quality system.

• Base Pay: $27.29 per hour

Job Summary

• The Intervention Manager provides a comprehensive program to meet the special needs of children with disabilities and/or mental health issues and their families in the full range of Head Start activities and services. This manager provides a program of mental health activities for staff and parents and provides referrals and services for clients. The Intervention Manger also assists parents in communicating with school personnel so they can advocate and participate in decisions referring to their children’s education during the referral process and with IFSP/IEP meetings.
