Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with cleaning and bussing tables to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
- Support the waitstaff by refilling drinks, providing additional utensils, and addressing guest needs as they arise.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling techniques throughout service.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
