About the Role
Ohana Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide early intervention services for children (birth to 3 years old) in homes and community settings. Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric physical therapy in homes and community-based settings (parks, playgroups).
- Work with families and caregivers to support children’s developmental milestones.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and update EMR documentation accurately.
- Educate families on exercises, home care, and therapy strategies.
- Manage your caseload and schedule independently while staying connected with a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or applicable state).
- Experience in pediatric or early intervention therapy preferred (mentorship available).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Proficient in EMR systems and documentation.
