The Position:

We're looking for a passionate Maintenance/Facilities Associate who strives to provide operational excellence and genuine care in a team environment.

• Maintain facility and grounds in accordance with applicable federal/state regulations.
• Performs and/or coordinates maintenance on items including, but not limited to wheelchairs, beds, windows, air conditioning units, alarms.
• Responds to maintenance request within allotted time frame.
• Prioritizes work that involves safety or infection control hazard.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Building maintenance experience.
