Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including employee documents and office correspondence.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking to support office operations.
- Perform time keeping responsibilities to ensure all employees clock in and clock out at the appropriate times
- Handle phone systems effectively, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Support medical office management tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in human resources functions, including recruitment and employee relations.
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage communications efficiently.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes to assist in financial planning.
