Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized part time Front desk/office assistant to join our team at Ohana Healing and Wellness. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our clinic and responsible for the clinic operating smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
-Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar accurately and efficiently.
-Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services in a courteous manner.
-Verify patient information and details ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
-Collect payments and maintain accurate billing records.
-Manage patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
-Assist patients with completing intake forms and medical history questionnaires.
-Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimize clinic operations.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and overall clinic.
-Assist in cleanliness of rooms.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
-Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and ensuring machines are functioning properly to provide safe and effective treatments.
- Social media managing/presence & content creating for our social media page (Instagram,Facebook,Tiktok,Yelp,Google,Website)
Requirements:
-Professional, outgoing, responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
-Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar role, preferably but not required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing compassionate care to patients.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in using Square software, Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, POS software, clinic management software, etc. but willing to train.
- Experience with technology and iPhone use.
- Experience with social media and editing on "Capcut"
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
-Empathetic demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Willing to commit to our clinic schedule and other favors from supervisors.
Schedule:
Flexability is required.
Available to work 20 hours a week.
Availability to work on Saturdays.
We are looking to hire and train immediately.
Compensation:
Starting $17.00 an hour depending on experience.
Paid training provided.
Be able to work Mondays/Tuesdays (8:30 am - 7:30 pm), Fridays/Saturdays (7:30 am - 6:00 pm)
Days off are Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Sundays.
