Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the Ohana properties, including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Basic Carpentry.      
• Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure House requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Maintain all properties to comply with all Health & Safety regulations and laws. (work with Quality Manager on Health & Safety).
• Additional duties as assigned.

1099 employee for the first 30 days.

Requirements

Qualifications

The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Basic Home Repair knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in maintaining HVAC systems. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Must have your own basic handyman tools.
• Clean Driving record and able to pass a State mandated background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
