Community & Project Manager
Position Summary
This hybrid role supports the mission of Friends of Ohana through community engagement, program coordination, and
partnership development, while also providing project and administrative support to the CEO and President of Ohana.
This position is designed as a job share, balancing nonprofit program leadership with organizational project execution and
executive support. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both relational and highly organized, and who thrives
in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Programs (Friends of Ohana)
● Build and maintain relationships with community partners, churches, businesses, and organizations
● Represent Friends of Ohana at events, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
● Lead coordination of the Ohana Connect Club, including activities, mentorship, and community integration
● Recruit, coordinate, and support volunteers and interns
● Assist in planning and executing events and program initiatives
● Support fundraising efforts including donor outreach, campaigns, and community giving initiatives
● Assist with marketing efforts including social media, storytelling, and community awareness
● Track participation and outcomes to ensure program effectiveness
Project Management & Executive Support (Ohana)
● Provide direct support to the CEO and President on key initiatives and special projects
● Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups
● Coordinate internal meetings, leadership gatherings, and logistics
● Support company events, trainings, and employee recognition efforts
● Help organize and execute cross-department projects and priorities
● Assist with administrative tasks that improve leadership efficiency and organizational execution
● Ensure strong communication and follow-through on key initiatives

About Ohana
Ohana is a Christian, faith-based, mission-driven organization providing residential support services for some of the most
vulnerable individuals in Arizona. We operate licensed group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities, senior care residential homes, and programs serving youth aging out of foster care, including transitional
housing and life-skills support. Across all of our programs, we focus on creating safe, stable, family-style environments
where people can thrive.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
