Bridal Alterations Assistant
We are a high-volume, fast-paced bridal and alterations shop seeking a reliable and upbeat team member! The ideal candidate is a true multi-tasker who thrives in a busy environment, provides warm and professional customer service, and isn’t intimidated by working with a large number of clients—especially our most discerning ones: brides!
What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist brides with fittings and appointments
- Schedule and manage client appointments with accuracy
- Learn to dress brides during fittings with care and professionalism
- Assist with pressing gowns and performing light repairs
- Support seamstresses and stylists with day-to-day needs
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly personality and a kind, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Rudimentary sewing skills (helpful, but not required—we’ll train!)
- Solid computer skills for scheduling and client management
- A team player with a smile who understands the important role we play in a bride’s big day
