Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team toward achieving sales and operational goals. Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and social marketing to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering activities ensuring accuracy and security.
- Perform and oversee food production requirements to ensure the highest level of food quality
- Conduct regular inventory control checks to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Supervise shift management and team scheduling to ensuring smooth store operations during all hours of operation.
- Perform daily basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks related to store management.
- Utilize marketing techniques to promote the store within the community and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations while fostering a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food management or supervisory roles with demonstrated leadership skills.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, and inventory control
- Experience in employee orientation, training & development, and team management.
- Ability to manage cash handling duties accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Familiarity with food service operations preferred.
