Oh Poop is a growing pet waste removal service in Colorado Springs, dedicated to keeping backyards clean and pet-friendly. We’re hiring a Field Technician to join our mission of providing exceptional service to pet lovers!
Job Description:
As a Field Technician, you’ll keep our clients’ yards clean by removing pet waste. This role is ideal for dog lovers who are comfortable around pets, enjoy driving a company vehicle with plenty of downtime between jobs, and are tech-savvy with a smartphone and GPS navigation. The position starts part-time (2 days/week, 12-15 hours), with the possibility to transition to full-time soon after hire if desired. If you’re reliable and love working outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Remove pet waste from residential and commercial properties
- Use cleaning tools safely and efficiently
- Interact professionally with clients and their pets
- Drive a company vehicle to job sites in the Colorado Springs area, following GPS directions
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Requirements:
- Must love dogs and be comfortable working around them
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable following GPS navigation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass a background check
- No prior experience required – we’ll train you!
