Full-Time Keyholder

Position Overview

 The Keyholder plays an essential role in supporting daily store operations and delivering an elevated customer experience that aligns with the Oh Polly brand. This position assists store leadership by overseeing opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual and operational standards, and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

 Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring every client feels welcomed, styled, and supported.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and a strong understanding of current collections.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Store Operations

• Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reporting.
• Maintain operational standards, including stock management, fitting room maintenance, and sales floor organization.
• Support management in training and guiding the stylist team during shifts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Visual Merchandising

• Uphold Oh Polly’s visual standards, ensuring mannequins, product displays, and store layout reflect current brand direction.
• Assist with floor moves, product placement, and collection launches as needed.

Team Support

• Act as the point of contact on the floor when management is not present.
• Promote a positive team culture by offering support, communication, and leadership during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and the Oh Polly brand.
