The Role
Our Full-Time Key Holder is a leadership-support position perfect for someone with retail experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be a go-to leader on the floor, helping open/close the store and drive sales while repping the Oh Polly vibe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.

• Lead by example, supporting and motivating the wider team.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and on-trend styling advice.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organised, and brand-appropriate.

• Support store leadership in hitting sales targets and KPIs.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2 years of retail experience.

• A confident, energetic, and fashion-obsessed individual.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
