What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and set the tone for their visit
- Manage appointments with accuracy
- Explain services, pricing, and policies with confidence
- Handle multi-line phones, texts, and walk-ins
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple nail technicians
- Keep the front desk and lobby polished and inviting
- Support daily operations alongside our full-time receptionist
Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with scheduling software and multi-line phones
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior salon, spa, or hospitality experience (we train the right person)
Schedule
Part-time, 20–25 hours per week. Specific shifts will be determined based on salon needs and your availability, with required weekend coverage and some evening shifts. We'll work with you to build a consistent weekly schedule.
