About the job: In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Nutritional Services Aide performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas. What you'll do: Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, waiting tables, tray line delivery, and catering special events Adheres to all food safety regulations and manages food safety risks including: personal hygiene, food handling, food preparation and production, and food storage Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition All other duties as assigned. What we're looking for: Education: High school education preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a foodservice operation preferred Effective Communication Skills Basic reading and writing skills preferred Ability to follow written and/or verbal instruction Ability to complete assignments under direct periodic supervision -- Mount Carmel and all its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity employers.
