Key Responsibilities
- Drive product launches and marketing programs that align with each company's growth goals.
- Partner with founders, Product, Engineering, and Sales to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives.
- Build impactful sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and campaigns that connect value to outcomes.
- Research market trends, customers, and competitors to guide differentiation and inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with GTM functions across OH.io, including Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and GTM Engineering, to ensure alignment and execution.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-facing stories that resonate with buyers.
- Track and communicate the impact of marketing programs through metrics, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Proven experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy.
- Strength in storytelling, positioning, and sales enablement with an ability to make products and messaging stick.
- Comfort operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments where strategy and execution often blend.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across product, marketing, and sales teams.
