As part of this mission, we are building a local GTM Hub office in Columbus to serve as the center of activity and collaboration.

Role Summary:



You will be the foundational force behind our team's success, focusing on creating an exceptional employee experience from day one and building a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, organizational excellence, and a deep commitment to our people. This role reports into the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Administration: Oversee HR processes, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing benefits enrollment, and handling payroll support coordination.
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for all new employees.
• Drive continuous process improvement of the HRIS and automation of routine tasks such as data entry, compliance reporting, and employee self-service functions
• Research, evaluate, and implement new HR technology solutions (e.g., performance management software, recruiting tools, engagement platforms) to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
• Utilize HR analytics and system data to identify bottlenecks in people processes and design automated workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Design and execute programs that drive deep, meaningful employee engagement, ensuring a connected and high-trust environment across the organization.
• Drive clarity by maintaining strong, transparent communication flow for all people-related initiatives and updates.
• Coordinate with department leads to ensure every new hire has the context, resources, and clarity they need to hit the ground running.
  
  

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in an HR or People Operations role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Experience managing core HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• Ability to design and implement effective employee onboarding and cultural programs
