- Assemble and fine-tune a range of mechanical, optical, and electrical subassemblies under general supervision.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and assist in resolving assembly issues with the guidance of leads and supervisors.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ISO-standard work instructions to ensure accurate builds.
- Conduct functional testing and inspection to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical and electrical components to support product functionality.
- Maintain organized workspaces and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, including experience with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and sanders.
- Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and metrology concepts.
- Technical curiosity and eagerness to develop in areas like computer operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Ability to read and follow technical documents such as blueprints and assembly diagrams.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Serious and professional in their approach, with a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Someone who enjoys variety and change while maintaining precision and focus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic web navigation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Comfortable standing for long periods during production.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision tasks.
