What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Owner's Rep - Data Center position at Ogmint Technical Services?
Ogmint Technical Services is a provider of niche professionals across the Energy & Critical Infrastructure Industries. We are currently seeking a Safety Owner's Representative for a large Energy and AI Hyperscale Campus. This individual will be responsible for the full life-cycle of Data Center Construction.
Per Diem for eligible candidates
5 year long project
Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitor contractor safety performance and corrective actions throughout construction
- Conduct regular site safety audits, inspections, and observations.
- Assist with permitting and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and work plans.
- Prepare detailed client and management reports while also keeping an active line of communication to the client/owner.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of Data Center Construction Safety experience
- 5 years of Safety experience in large industrial or commercial construction
- Experience working with GC or subcontractors or Owner.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
