This is a unique opportunity for those with OSHA experience to play a key role in litigation matters, with substantial client interaction and engagement with opposing counsel. Requirements
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin. During employment, candidates must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess 8 years of Workplace Safety experience either at a firm or government agency.
- OSHA experience preferred; industry-specific experience in construction, oil & gas, refinery, agriculture, etc. will also be considered.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; passion for client service and practice development.
