Position Summary
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Coordinator will support initiatives, programs, and events that advance the Firm’s commitment to equal opportunity and inclusion.

Essential Functions
In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $57,840 and $86,760. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $60,800 and $91,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Essential Functions
- Manage all activity related to DEI sponsorships and professional memberships;
- Assist with planning and coordinating all firm-wide inclusion initiatives, events, and webinars that promote belonging and connection;
- Support the global DEI Ambassador Program;
- Assist with developing and updating inclusion-related content for internal and external audiences;
- Provide assistance to the firm-wide affinity groups, which are open to everyone;
- Maintain all DEI-related content on the website, intranet, and firm-wide calendars;
- Assist with the annual budget planning process, and process invoices and expenses;
- Create and edit presentations, executive summaries, overviews, and reports;
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments and teams to support firm-wide inclusion policies and initiatives;
- Engage in continuous learning about DEI trends and best practices;
- Comply with Firm operations, policies, and procedures;
- Manage Firm resources responsibly; and
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred.
- DEI experience required; HR or talent management experience helpful.
- Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively.
- Solid judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including AI tools and Teams.
