ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet guests and conduct sales for admission into zoo.
- Upsell memberships.
- Answer information about the park and the zoo.
- Assists with other guest service areas.
- Report any maintenance items needing attention or low inventory items to the manager.
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Cashier handling preferred.
