What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Affairs Assistant (Part-Time) position at Ogeechee Technical College?
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Review submitted admission applications
- Provide outreach to applicants with outstanding items
- Review, process, and index submitted documentation
- Download transcripts
- Enter data from forms, records and/or reports
- Code information as appropriate
- Greet visitors/students and provide appropriate information or refer to appropriate personnel
- Assist with tours and recruitment activities
- Assist with registration functions
- Other duties as assigned
WORK SCHEDULE:
Up to 29 hours per week between the hours of 7:30am and 7:00pm
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree
- Experience with the BANNER Student Information System
SALARY/BENEFITS:
