Role Description
We’re looking for a part-time Construction Administrator to help keep projects organized and moving. This is a flexible, hourly position, mostly remote with one in-person meeting per week, typically in the Eden/Huntsville or greater Ogden area.
You’ll work directly with the owner to manage project documentation, track schedules, coordinate with trade partners, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This isn’t a supervisory role. It’s an organizational one. The right person genuinely likes systems, communicates clearly, and doesn’t need to be chased down.
What We’re Looking For
• Local to Weber County or surroun
ding area• Strong organizational skills. You’re the person who notices what’s missing before it becomes a problem
• Comfortable with construction software (JobTread experience is a plus, not required)
• Clear communicator, written and verbal
• Residential construction familiarity preferred but not required if you’re sharp and willing to learn
• Reliable, self-directed, and easy to work with
