Ogden's Heat & Air is a locally owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving the area since 1993. With over 30 years of experience, we take pride in delivering quality heating and air conditioning services to our community. We are currently hiring TWO HVAC Installer Crew Members to join our growing team.
Position: HVAC Installer Crew Member (2 Openings)
Job Responsibilities:
- Install residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Connect systems to ductwork, electrical components, and refrigerant lines
- Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Work alongside experienced crew members on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experience:
- Prior HVAC installation experience is preferred
- Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply we are willing to train the right candidates
