Job Summary And Qualifications
Under the direction of the Director of ICU/PCU the nursing manager is responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of the Intensive Care unit. Accountability for all standards and scope of nursing practice. The individual manages the flow of patients and information to expedite care, collaborating with the physicians. Demonstrates clinical competency and nursing judgement, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. Contributes to the Ogden Regional Department of Nursing and the nursing profession in a positive manner.

Affiliated with our hospital is Pleasant View Emergency Center. This fully equipped, freestanding facility features board-certified physicians. Our nurses and technicians are specially trained in emergency medical care and available on a 24/7 basis.
Located 10 miles north of our main hospital, PVER features 10 plus treatment rooms, comprehensive imaging technology and a medical laboratory onsite, which help to ensure accurate and prompt care.

What qualifications you will need:
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years experience in a critical care setting
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
- FEMA/NIMS IS-100, IS-200, IS-700 and IS-800 required within 90 days of employment start date
