What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter/ Grounds Keeper position at OGDEN & COMPANY, INC?
Duties would include:
Maintain curbside appeal throughout the property
Maintain parking areas including underground garages and surface lots
Daily collection of trash & recycling on property
Maintaining pet grooming stations and dog waste stations
Light unit cleaning
Other upkeep as needed, including: straightening and washing of furniture, watering of plants/flowers/grass
