Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and conduct regular practices focused on proper technique, conditioning, and safety for all throwing events.
Teach and demonstrate proper mechanics for shot put and discus.
Monitor athlete progress and provide individualized coaching and feedback.
Promote good sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among student-athletes.
Collaborate with the head coaches and other event coaches to support overall team goals.
Ensure the proper care and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
