We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our Dental Office team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in client records and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff as required, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks such as typing correspondence and creating presentations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a front desk coordinator is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
