* Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries and requests
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
* Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Evening Shift Responsibilities (Approx. 3 PM – 11 PM)**
* Handle a high volume of guest check-ins and walk-ins
* Verify reservations, room availability, and special requests
* Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
* Communicate room status updates with housekeeping
* Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports
* Prepare notes and reports for the overnight shift

**Overnight / Night Audit Responsibilities (Approx. 11 PM – 7 AM)**
* Perform nightly audit and reconcile daily financial transactions
* Generate reports for management (revenue, occupancy, etc.)
* Check in late arrivals and assist early departures
* Maintain hotel safety and security during overnight hours
* Respond to guest needs, including wake-up calls and service requests
