Experienced Laborers:
Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks related to plant cultivation, such as planting, pruning, and harvesting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation facility.
- Assist with irrigation systems, nutrient application, and pest control measures.
- Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and tools.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plant cultivation or similar labor-intensive roles.
- Familiarity with cultivation techniques and equipment used in this industry.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work demands
