Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the general appearance of the plant, and making sure it is clean, which includes but not limited to the following areas: Platforms, steps & railings, equipment surfaces, walls & ledges, tunnel, spouts, while lines, break rooms, restrooms.
• Weekly walk through the front office checking the restrooms to make sure paper products are available.
• Assist in floor scrubbing when necessary.
• Assist in pressure washing when necessary.
• Observe plant employees to assure all sanitary and GMP practices are being met and bring any discrepancies to the attention of Plant Supervision or Plant Manager.
• See that all equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Must follow safe work practices and comply with all company, federal and state rules and regulations which apply to the job, including but not limited to, right to know, emergency evacuation, electrical safety, confined space, Bloodborne pathogens, and lockout/tagout.
• All employees are responsible for the quality of OEN products. Each employee must perform his/her job function in accordance with the GMP rules and the sanitation, safety, and HACCP Programs. If you notice any condition, practice or work method which looks unsanitary, unsafe or could affect product quality it is your responsibility to bring it to the attention of plant supervision or Plant Manager.
• Execute special projects and any other job-related activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Available to work Sun- Fri or Sun – Sat if necessary.
• This role is performed on site at a facility that regularly processes peanuts. Employees in this position will routinely work in areas where peanuts and related allergens are present and may be exposed by contact or in the air. Position Requirements

• High School diploma or Ged Preferred
• 0- 5 years’ experience preferred.
