Position Summary

Position Responsibilities
- Required to work weekends, and ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights
- Coordinate daily activities with team members within department as well as with supporting departments (Maintenance, Warehouse and QA)
- Perform complex, non-repetitive work assignments that may require advanced skills
- Support multiple areas within in Production as needed or required
- Report all accidents & incidents, building issues and safety concerns
- Follow and ensure enforcement of all HR related policies and procedures, communicating potential issues immediately to the Human Resources
- Ensure a workplace free from harassment and discrimination, notifying HR of any issues or potential issues immediately
- Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions that affect customer orders and other departments within the plant
- GMP and Food Safety Proficiency required
- Must have affiliated line experience – Must know how to trouble shoot problems
- LTO Certification
- Shop Floor Operator experience required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must be a self-starter, able to complete work accurately with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal & teamwork skills with ability to relate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to achieve multiple objectives in an environment of changing priorities, high pressure, and fast pace
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and coordinate Teams with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds routinely
