Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation counsel level attorney with at least five years of commercial litigation experience to join our Los Angeles team. Position Details:
We are seeking candidates with strong defense-side litigation experience. While prior commercial litigation experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-12 years of litigation experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Ability to take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Active California bar license
This position is based in downtown Los Angeles. After an initial period, a partial hybrid schedule may be considered.
