Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage occupational health programs to promote worker well-being and prevent workplace injuries.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims process and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure proper handling.
- Provide training sessions on safety procedures, OSHA compliance, EHS best practices, and construction site safety protocols.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety into project planning and execution phases.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, audits, inspections, and training activities for regulatory reporting.
- Lead investigations into accidents or near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Skills
