- Set out and put away jewelry each day in an appealing manner
- Create accurate estimates and invoices for customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism
- Assist customers in placing orders, providing service information, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints in our CRM system
- Ensure all orders are accurately packaged with the appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping
- Receiving and documenting incoming watches for repairs or maintenance
- Collaborate closely with the Master Watchmaker to prioritize and organize the workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) or similar software programs
- Take high-quality product photos of watches from various angles
- Create and maintain a social media strategy for the company's platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
It is imperative for individuals in this position to consistently demonstrate qualities such as diligence, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness in order to effectively carry out their responsibilities and maintain a high level of professionalism
*Must be able to reliably commute to Sandy, UT and have valid work authorization for the United States*
