Position Summary
We are seeking positive, motivated individuals ready to build a long-term career in the pest control industry. As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be the face of our company—solving pest problems for our customers while delivering top-tier service and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy schedule of service appointments with punctuality and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers to assess and resolve pest concerns
- Operate company vehicle and pest control equipment safely and efficiently
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex pest issues
- Safely navigate attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
- Work independently and as part of a team in various outdoor weather conditions
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with their service experience
Qualifications
- No prior pest control experience required – we’ll train you
- Valid California Driver’s License required
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the U.S.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and on ladders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Work primarily in the field (on the road)
Pay Rate
Depending on license and experience $19-24.00
