This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience across many areas of marketing while working alongside experienced leaders in a company that continues to expand throughout Northern California. Your work will directly support our sales growth while helping strengthen our brand and customer experience.
Keep Marketing Moving: Own the marketing calendar by coordinating campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, social media scheduling, and project deadlines so every initiative launches on time.
Own Lead Visibility: Monitor incoming leads across multiple marketing channels, track performance, identify trends, and help ensure every opportunity receives timely follow-up while providing valuable reporting to leadership.
Coordinate Community Presence: Research and organize trade shows, home shows, chamber events, business expos, and community partnerships while managing registrations, booth logistics, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
Support Brand Growth: Coordinate marketing material, assist with website updates, organize digital assets, collect photos and customer testimonials, and help ensure our brand remains professional and consistent across every customer touchpoint.
Keep Projects on Track: Partner with leadership, sales, operations, and vendors to organize projects, maintain timelines, follow up on action items, and keep everyone moving forward toward the same goal.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. You communicate professionally, follow through on commitments, and aren’t afraid to take initiative when something needs to get it done.
Experience in marketing, office administration, sales support, event coordination, customer service, or project coordination is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, however a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Experience with CRM systems, Canva, Google Business Profile, social media platforms, spreadsheets, or digital marketing tools is helpful, but we’ll provide training for someone with the right attitude and desire to learn.
