Service Concierge/Porter/Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Greet Hiley Mazda customers on the service drive
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform walk around inspections on vehicle for customers until a Service Advisor is available
• Drive vehicles from and to the service drive
• Position will be 7am - 6pm 3 days per week (M,W,F) up to 30 hours per week.
• Excellent entry level position for anyone aspiring to be a technician / service advisor at the dealership level
• Shuttle customers up to 15 miles to and from the dealership as well as performing drop off and pick up services for our clients when needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no more than 1 ticket under 21, no more than 3 over 21 (in the last 3 years))
