Position/Title: BOLTT Project Manager

Summary:
This position is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the DIRTT project from initial contact to project completion and customer satisfaction. Strives to delight our customers by providing solutions rather than products and achieve the company’s mission of “Creating Great Places to Work”.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains constant contact with customers, A&D partners, contractors, and subcontractors
- Creates a written scope for all projects
- Creates installation quotes
- Reviews all production information and drawings for accuracy
- Ensure site measurements are accurate
- Organize and submit orders in conjunction with the DIRTT designer.
- Tracks production and shipping progress of orders to ensure that deadlines are met
- Coordinates installation for the client and develops project schedules as needed
- Manage submittals to the factory and schedule punch list items with Plangrid or similar software
- Understand local code requirements, including construction, millwork, and electrical
- Monitor project status for compliance with safety requirements
- Works with installers/subs to ensure DIRTT solutions are installed to specifications and quality standards
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
An aptitude with technology and strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Able to interact with all project stakeholders, identify and resolve issues, and communicate creative solutions that are both beneficial to the clients as well as cost-efficient for OfficeWorks. Have the ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work extended hours in order to meet altered timelines. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of ICE® design suite and Kinetech software.Ability to learn additional software programs that may be required by the company and/or DIRTT solutions.
Working Environment: May need to adapt to internal and external environments based on the scope of the client’s project and/or their facility. Personal protective equipment may be required for certain environments.
Physical Demands: While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, and keyboard. Other physical activities may include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, handling materials, walking job sites, and walking up stairs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in building construction or construction management, or a technical diploma in engineering or architecture, and two to three years of construction, architectural, or related experience.
Previous knowledge of DIRTT’s solutions, including its layers and how they work together, as well as an understanding of how DIRTT is installed, would be preferred.
The ability to travel outside the US is a requirement.
