As a Managing Attorney, You Will
- Provide executive leadership for the Branch's legal, operational, and administrative functions.
- Plan, direct, and oversee the work of attorneys, legal support, and administrative staff engaged in complex litigation and legal matters.
- Oversee legal operations, including case management, workload distribution, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Manage a limited portfolio of significant and complex legal matters and serve as the escalation point for sensitive issues.
- Advise senior leadership on significant legal, policy, management, and operational matters.
- Oversee personnel management, budgeting, and other administrative operations.
- Represent the Branch and collaborate with Department leadership, federal agencies, courts, and other stakeholders to advance the Branch's mission.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
