What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilot position at Office1?
Primary function will be to act as Captain of Part 91 PC-12 flights in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position includes both overnight travel, weekend and holiday work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Comply with all Company procedures, FAA regulations, and best-practices.
- Manage and operate aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition.
- Plan and navigate flight routes, taking into account weather conditions and air traffic control instructions.
- Communicate with air traffic control and other pilots to maintain safe separation between aircraft.
- Monitor aircraft systems during flight and make adjustments as necessary.
- Respond to emergencies or malfunctions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Complete flight logs and other required documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a valid pilot's license (FAA or equivalent)
- Possess a minimum number of flight hours, as required by the position:

- 2500 total hours
- 1,000 PIC Hours in Turbine Aircraft
- 250 hours in PC-12 NXG or NG type
- Have a thorough understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Possess mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address minor issues that may arise during flights.
- Be physically fit and able to meet the medical requirements for a pilot's license.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Deliver exemplary service to guests and clients.
- Second-Class Medical Certificate
- US Passport
- Prior Part 91 experience
- Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) Required
- Must be available for overnight, weekend, and holiday work as assigned.
- Must reside in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Comfortable being pilot mentor.
- Ability to consistently project professionalism in manner and appearance.
- Must possess polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Note: Experience with rig operations is a plus, but not required.
