Sales Support Administrator- Part Time (20-25 hours/week)Location: Chatsworth, CA

This is a part-time temporary position to provide coverage during an employee’s leave. The role is expected to last approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension or consideration for future opportunities within the company based on business needs and performance.

We are a B2B office supply company based in Chatsworth, California. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated team member to join our dynamic team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide high-level customer service and support for company and executive clients.

· Assist with administrative and customer service/sales duties.

· Generate and assist in preparing company bids and quotes.

· Prepare comprehensive reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) using Microsoft Excel.

· Assist with marketing campaigns, company newsletters, email marketing and social media.

· Assist with meetings, conference calls, and special projects, including research and data entry.

· Provide administrative assistance across departments as needed.

· Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative experience.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (required).

· Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

· Positive, professional attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
