Zions HR Analytics is looking for a Human Resources Planning Analyst to join the team in-office at the Zions Bank Building in downtown SLC.

 

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Analyze and compile data on diversity, equal employment opportunity (EEO), and Affirmative Action (AA) programs for the corporation aligning with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Analyze statistics and prepare reports to monitor the effectiveness of programs and other initiatives.
  • Alert HR management to challenges in complying with internal policies and legal requirements and recommends solutions to improve efficiency and awareness.
  • Maintain online systems related to diversity, EEO and AA compliance efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of directly related experience.
  • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of engagement, organizational development and employee communication practices, principles, applications, and analysis methods.
  • Utilize tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline manual processes and scale operational efficiencies.
  • Experience with Power BI and Oracle would be highly valued to support advanced reporting and data-driven insights.
