We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a highly organized, proactive HR & Administration Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and office operations. This role reports directly to the Owner/CEO and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people succeed while creating systems that support a growing business.
What You'll Do
- Develop recruiting channels and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support Operations and Area Managers with hiring and onboarding.
- Improve employee retention and engagement.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate annual reviews and quarterly employee conversations.
- Support payroll administration, accounts payable, and office operations.
- Manage office and operational inventory.
- Improve administrative processes and systems.

- 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, office management, or administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
