HR Recruiting Specialist Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services · Part-Time (Full-Time Potential)
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on finding great people? Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services — one of the nation's top janitorial companies — is seeking a driven HR Recruiting Specialist to build our frontline workforce. This is a part-time position with real growth potential — the right candidate could move to full-time as our team expands.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year HR/recruiting experience
- ATS & HRIS software experience
- Knowledge of employment law
- Social media sourcing skills — LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding frontline employees
- Build and execute short- and long-term hiring plans aligned with business needs
- Partner with area managers to refine job descriptions, hiring criteria, and selection processes
- Source candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and community outreach
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proactively build a candidate pipeline and cultivate relationships for future hiring needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR recruiting or talent acquisition experience — this is the most important factor in our hiring decision
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Working knowledge of federal and state labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Associate's degree or higher preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable conducting interviews at all levels
- Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
