A Site Supervisor manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. Site supervisors act as motivators, leaders, and mentors. It’s a Site Supervisor’s duty to guide front line cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company.

Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the cleaning of the facility (or facilities) assigned to you on a nightly/regular basis
- Train and support new employees
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and provide re-training to employees when necessary
- Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office
- Ensure compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures
- Enforce safety and security measures at all times
- Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English
- Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients, and employees
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must care about quality, be detailed oriented, and work at an efficient pace
- Able to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be okay working in a factory environment (using PPE when required)
Job Details:
- Located in Mason City, IA
- 20-25 hours per week
- Hours vary between 3PM to 8:30PM Monday-Friday
- Some mornings and Saturdays required
